Today's workout has five rounds each three minutes long. In each three minute window, you'll complete 5 Spiderman Push-ups per side (your choice to alternate or do all 5 on one side and switch), 10 Sit-ups, and 15 Goblet Squats. Then, whatever time is remaining in the three minutes, you'll complete as many Weighted Swings as possible. Rest 1 minute and rinse and repeat! You want to make sure you're getting a least 30-seconds of Swings.
