Today you have the option of going unbroken or not. If you decide on going unbroken, choose a push-up option that allows you to do so consistently, whether it be on your knees, elevated, etc...Then, for hte weighted movements, treat it as a complex and don't set the weights down until you're done with the last Thruster. If you decide to break it up, then you can choose a harder modification and slightly heavier weights.
