This weekend kicks off Memorial Day and we usually do a Hero workout to honor military soldiers who have died serving the US armed forces. But why have just one day, when we can do a whole week of Hero Wods! I've curated some hero workouts for us to do this week. Please scale and modify accordingly as these can be intense!
