Deadlifts
Use a weight that will be challenging.
Options: Suitcase carry Deadlifts
Equipment: barbell, dummbell(s), kettlebell(s), heavy backpack
🤰 perform Sumo Deadlifts if belly is in the way.

Burpees Over An Object
Pick an option that allows you to keep moving with minimal rest.
Options: Kickbacks instead of full Burpee → Regular Burpees → Jump Overs
🤰 perform Elevated Burpees.
💪 perform Kickbacks

🤰/ 💪 Additional Options
- Perform up to the round of 10 but not back down.
- Rest: reach the top round of 10, rest 2-min. then go back down.
