Sumo Deadlift
Options: perform with lighter weight for more reps or heavier weight for less reps —> do not remove the pause!
Load Too Light? Perform 8-10 reps.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell(s), backpack.

Lateral Jumps
Options: perform with a two-foot take-off —> skip one foot at-a-time over the object.
💪 perform over the ground, not an elevated surface.
🤰 perform Lateral Step-overs.
Equipment: box, low stool, or using your workout weight.
