Options: perform on hands or elbows, knees or toes --> adjust to 20-sec.
🤰 perform Elevated Plank Hold.

Weighted Swings
💪 only perform to chest level.
🤰 perform Single-arm Swings, 10 each side.
Equipment: single weight like a dumbbell, kettlebell, backpack.

Candlestick Burpee
Options: adjust to 7-reps per round.
💪 perform an assisted Candlestick, using two chairs at the sides to help get up.
🤰 perform 15 Tall Kneeling Paloff Presses.
