Options: adjust to 8-10 reps --> perform Rolling Pistols. 💪 perform Seated Pistols (stack pillows on chair to make easier). 🤰 perform Lateral Lunges. 🔥 perform holding a weight.
Weighted Step-ups Reps are total, 8 per side. Find an option that will challenge you. If you have multiple weight options available, you can either use a light weight on the steps or go heavier and decrease the rep number.
Options:reduce to 12-reps --> perform 16-reps entirely without weight. Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack & surface to stand on: chair/stool/stair.
Jumping Squats Go for it here and move the entire minute.
Options: perform half jumping, half without a jump --> perform 10-sec. jumping, 10-sec. without jump. 💪/🤰: perform Air Squats at a comfortable pace.
