Ending this with an out-of-body experience. 😵💫 This workout is inspired by the Beep Test (The test involves running continuously between two points that are 20 m apart from side to side.) Today, you have two movements that you'll perform at the top of every minute. After you complete the total reps, you get to rest the remaining time. And you'll continue in that fashion until you can no longer complete the reps within the minute. No increase reps, no catch. Just you and the running clock!
