Smashing our Deadlifts dead is what we'll be doing today!! Similar to last week, it's all the EMOMS! We're focusing on one kind of Deadlift at a time, so this should be a fun one. Got as heavy as you can with what you have, if you don't have heavy options, you can increase the reps and/or do the reps nice and slow with a pause at the bottom each time.
