Today we're challenging your balance, stability, and unilateral strength from top to bottom! You're first going to move through two descending ladders, one side at a time. You can stick to one challenging weight or increase weight as you go. For the last part, you should use a weight that will challenge you. You shouldn't be able to do all 40 unbroken, but you shouldn't be stuck on doing 3 at a time - it's going to be somewher in between.
