Anything that has death in it can't be good, right? WRONG! The first few minutes of this workout is awesome! After that, things start to escalate. Your goal is to increase by 2 reps every minute and go until you can't make it within the minute anymore. Additionally, the faster you move, the more rest you will get! Use a weight option you can come smoothly and consistently.

Death by Power Cleans
Min 1: 2 reps
Min 2: 4 reps
Min 3: 6 reps
... + 2 reps each minute

*Stop once you can no longer complete the work within the minute window.

Then, after you fail a round, rest 1-min. and perform:
1-min. AMRAP Hang Power Cleans
