🚲 0.3-mile, 0.7-mile respectively.
Inside Version:
Every 200-m = 20 Low Box Jumps + 20 Jumping Jacks
🤰 perform half the distance each round as a walk/jog OR Inside Version as every 200-m = 1-min. Front-rack Carry.

Pick a medium weight that feels challenging, but still doable unbroken if you have to.

Options: adjust to 10 and 40 reps, respectively.
🤰 perform Single-arm Swings if belly is in the way.
