- Balance your weight on one foot with the other foot off of the ground slightly in front of the body.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Swing free leg forward and backwards and then side to side.
- Focusing on getting leg as high as possible in all directions with knee slightly bent.
✅ The Finish
- Standing on one leg with opposite leg raised entirely to the side (out or in) or forwards/backwards.
