Turkish Get-ups
Pick an option that feels challenging.

Options: use a shoe or something with minimal weight to practice the movement.
🤰 perform Overhead Lunges, total.
Equipment: single weight like dumbbell, kettlebell, can, jug of water, shoe.

Sumo Deadlifts
Pick an option that feels heavy and challenging.

Load Too Light? Perform 8-12 reps after each round OR perform each rep with a SLOW lower, few second pause @ the bottom, then fast stand up.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.
