The goal for today is to challenge yourself with heavy load. Choose a personalized option that feels hard and heavy. If you cannot complete the given reps in one minute, decrease the reps rather than decreasing the load.
Wall Climbs
- reduce reps, then do not climb up the wall as high or far
- Sub out to an Around-the-world, 2 reps, one each direction.
- Inch worm + shoulder tap
Floor Press/Muscle Clean
- adjust load.
Barbell, DB(s), KB(s), or backpack.

5 Hands and Knees Hip Raises
