Mountain Climbers: Don't touch the opposite elbow, but rotate as far over as possible.
✅ Weight option for sumo deadlift. Should be something that's challenge, but still something you can move relatively fast.
✅ Weight option for bent over row. Should be a moderate weight that's still challenging, but where you can still fast.
✅ Weight option for dummbell hang snatch. Something that is moderate weight where you will regret your decisions towards the later rounds.
