We've got a fun take on an interval style workout. At the top of each minute you'll complete 40 Double-unders or Single-unders(hopefully unbroken) and in the remaining time, you'll perform as many Power Cleans as possible. Remember your number because you'll continue with this routine until 100 Power Cleans are complete. The plus side...you get a 1 minute rest between rounds.
