Thankful for a workout that is going to be super fun. We've got a two parter to start our week of gratitude off. Yes, there's Burpees, but there's not THAT many. We've got a good upper body skill/strength portion for part 1, where you'll go as heavy as you can for the Arnold Presses. Then, a little burner for part 2 where you'll use a light/medium weight you can move well.
