We certainly cannot forget about Father's Day weekend! We've got a good mix of movements to get your ready to man that grill this weekend. For the Wall Climbs, go up to what you're comfortable with, even if it's just a step. I do prefer that you jump rather than step today (barring no injuries) to keep things speedy after the Wall Climbs. Finally, for the Snatches, use a medium weight where you'll feel some resistance.
