Today, when the interruptions stop me in my coaching tracks, I'll just have to let it slide because it's Rick's early birthday celebration. Not only will Rick be excused from his interrupting ways, he requested burpees today!! So, he's just trying really hard not to have any friends after this. After you've good and warm from all those Burpees (and being low key mad at him for requesting Burpees on his birthday - because who does that?), we've got a good upper body strenght day. Take your time and go as heavy as you can!
