Day 3 and we're still alive...not if today's workout has anything to do with it! A Death By workout is a terrifying EMOM where the reps increase each round. So, you'll start with one rep of each then rest the remaining minute. Then, 2 reps of each and rest the remaining minute, etc... The first round always feels the best! The last one...not so much.
