Don’t sweat the fall stuff

We haven't done Woman-makers in awhile. We're in a new season, so might was well start with something fresh. Today's workout is a good mix of a fun weighted movement with a static hold. Use a weight where you can do the sets mostly unbroken. You should have about 45-30 seconds on the Handstand Hold. Any lower then you'll probably need to go lighter or cut the reps on the Woman-makers and any higher then you might need to go heavier or increase the reps on the Woman-makers.
