Perform all 14-reps within each window, ideally getting at least 15-sec. of rest every minute. Not a lot of heavy breathing, but some intense muscle burn to round out this week's workouts.

Use a light to medium weight that will allow you to do all 14 reps in a row.

Equipment: two weights like dumbbells, bottles of water, cans of soup.

Y Supermans
Perform a # of reps that allows you to perform every round unbroken.

Options: perform the hold until the 35-sec. mark.
