✅ The Set-up
- Stand upright with one weight in each hand held at your sides.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Pinch the shoulder blades back - big chest.
- Raise your arms straight and out to the sides until you've reached a Y-position with the body.
- Slowly return the arms down to the sides.
✅ The Finish
- Standing upright with arms straight and up to the sides above head level, making a Y-position with the body.
