- Stand upright with one weight in each hand held at your shoulders, elbows underneath, palms facing forward.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Pinch the shoulder blades back - big chest.
- Punch your arms up and out, making a Y-position with the body with straight arms.
- Return weights back to your shoulders.
✅ The Finish
- Standing upright with arms straight and up to the sides above head level, making a Y-position with the body.
