Runs/Carries

Options: decrease distance or duration in half —> perform 750m Row or 1.5 mile bike.
💪/🤰 perform 200-m Farmer’s Carry, one weight between both hands, switching sides as needed, or Inside Version 2.

Hang Clusters
Use a moderate weight where you could probably do the 10 set unbroken, not that you have to though.

Options: adjust to 8-12-16 reps.
💪/🤰 perform Thruster.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.

Burpees
Pick an option where you can move through with limited breaks.

Options: perform half Burpees, half Kick-backs —> perform entirely as Kick-backs.
💪 perform 8-12-16 reps.
🤰 perform Elevated Burpees.
🔥 perform Weighted Burpees.
