Pacing will be tough on the 400m. Go out too hard and the rest of the workout will NOT be too fun. Use the first round to gauge any adjustments. You want to be able to finish both the Run and the Sit-ups with at least 90 seconds or more of rest.
- Run: adjust reduce distance to 200m. If performing inside, perform running drills (High Knees, Butt Kickers, Jog in Place, etc.) for 2 minutes. - Sit-up: adjust to 15 reps per round.
