AMRAP

EMOM - Every Minute on the Minute
7 Hang Squat Clean
14 Hang DB Snatch, 7 each side
Rest in the remaining minute.

- Continue until you cannot complete all the reps within the minute.
- If you don't make it to 5 minutes, decrease to 5/10 and continue until the 10 minute round.

Before you start, complete one test round and time it. If it takes you 25 seconds or less to complete all the reps, then slightly increase the weight if possible. If it takes you 50 seconds or more, then decrease the reps or use a lighter weight if possible. No, the test round does not count towards the workout. 😉
