Hang Squat Cleans

A dynamic movement that will wake up all those posterior muscles!

- Feet under hips
- Start with one weight in each hand to the sides of the body OR holding one object with a double overhand grip at level of hips
- Hinge at hips with butt back/flat back/knees soft
- Stand & jump weight to shoulders with elbow high and outside close to body (not forward), squeeze abs and butt at top
- Landing in a full squat position, stand up, squeeze abs and butt at top
