- Stand upright with feet directly under hips.

- Begin to jog in place and pump your arms.
- Bring knees higher and towards your chest, above the level of your hips.
- Feet stay underneath the body with arms pumping fast.

- In mid air with one knee high, above the level of the hips, other leg down towards the ground.
