You might think this workout is quackers, but we're not winging it over here. We've got a fun mix of bodyweight movements and Snatches for a full body weekend session. Use a medium-heavy weight for the Snatches. Some modifications for Pistols would be assisted with a weight, something to hold onto, or seated. For the Wall Walks go up as much your comfortable or you can do Inch Worms if that makes you more comfortable.
