I don't remember how idea for this theme came up in class, but it was in my notes so hear we are. Hope everyone brushes up on their Old McDonald.
We've got the classic 21-15-9 repscheme today, so you know it's going to be a "good one". Use the same weight for the Squat Cleans and Push Presses, should be a medium-ish wieght that will provide some resistance.
