Someone say cardio? As the distances decreases, your effort/intensity should increase. We (haha it's just me) threw in some core work for funsies, add Push Presses to give your legs a brief aside. Use a light to medium weight on the Push Presses and option to use a weigh ton the Russian Twists and Sit-ups if you want to make things harder.
