Is it me or is time moving at an incredible rate lately? Today's workout is just a nice 15 minute cruiser. Your goal is to use a weight that is med-heavy (leaning more towards the heavy side) and move as unbroken as possible. Your pace should borderline uncomfortable. Hard but very doable.
