Today's workout is a good lung burner filled with some "fun" dynamic movements. Find a weight you can move well. You have the option of using one weight for all the movements or different weights such as a dumbbells for Devil's Presses and a barbell for Power Cleans. The Sit-up at the end do not have to be unbroken, but try to rep it out in big chunks at a time.
