Today's workout focuses single-sided upper body moves meant to strengthen your shoulders and work on stability. Use a weight that you can do mostly unbroken while feeling a good amount of resistance. Towards the last few reps, should be a struggle. The Plank Drag and Thruster weights do not have to be the same as the Press and Snatch weight. As always, choose wisely.
