Today's workout is a "death by" style routine. In a 2-minute window, do 50 Single-unders or Double-unders and 4 Power Cleans, then rest for the remaining time. In each new 2-minute round, increase the Power Cleans by 2 reps. Continue until you can't finish the work within the 2-minute window.

In the video, I say to start with 2 reps, but it should definitely be 4. Not the first time (and definitely won't be the last) I've been wrong.
