We're lightening things up after this week's heavy work. The workout starts with 1 Wall Walk. Then work your way down the list of Push Presses and Snatches, but every minute you'll be interrupted (rude) to complete another Wall Walk. Continue until you complete all the reps. The Push Presses and Snatches are done one side at a time, so once you're done with 30 then switch. If you're doing the 'no-equipment' option then it's just total reps alternating on the Spiderman Push-ups.
