We have our first test with weight and of course, it's the hardest movement ever. I'm looking for 50 picture-perfect (as best you can) Overhead Squats that can be done single-arm with a dumbbell or kettlebell or with a barbell. You can choose the weight, but make sure it's something that you can manage to go full range of motion with.
