Continuing our 2024 Test-fest! Today's test is the L-sit and we'll be testing them two ways. The first is timing your max hold - this maybe just seconds and that's okay. The other test is to time how long it will take for you to accumulate 2 minutes. The second part might take a bit of math or even two timers, so make sure you're paying attention so you don't do more than you have to. Remember, we're ONLY measuring the L-sit portion. Once you're done with that, rest as you need and hit the Metcon with Sumo Deadlift High-pulls and Box Jumps.
