You can't wear white after Labor Day, but you can still jump rope! Today, we're working on jump rope skill by performing mandatory unbroken sets. For example, if you're on 10 and you stop or hit your feet at 8, you'll have to repeat the 10 set again. Continue that fashion with all the given sets. Challenge yourself by choosing an option that will be difficult. The Handstand Push-ups will be another skill to focus on and although it's highly suggested that you do them unbroken, you really don't have to and you don't have to start over if yu happen to break it up.
