Yes, 30 minutes! Your goal is to not only complete the whole round within the minute, but also to give yourself some time to rest. So, this mean we might have to adjust the reps to accomplish that. And example could be, 5 Bent Over Rows/5 Push-ups/10 Squats. Try to stay consistent and although you're rushing to get it done, keep the quality of the movements.  Oh yeah, this should be done barefoot!
