Use a moderate weight where you're not taking too much rest in between sets. For the run/bike/row portion find a pace where you're skating right above the line of uncomfortable.

- Option to scale up to a Barbell Snatch: perform 15 reps TOTAL.
- Modify to 90-sec. work each round.
- If no ability to perform any of these things, perform 2-min. of Running High Knees in place.
Power Cleans: barbell, DBs, KBs, or backpack.
✅ Weight option for hang power cleans. A weight that feels doable but somewhat challenging.
⏱ Clock set to stopwatch, making sure to keep your eye on it to track your rest times.
