Equipment: perform Toe Taps to your DB or KB handle.
Swings: reduce load or number of reps to 8-10, something that takes no longer than 30 sec.
Toe Taps: lower height of object you're using as a target.
✅ Weight option for swings. Use a moderate weight where you can do all the reps unbroken and still feel some resistance. There should be a balance of feeling challenged, but not at all impossible.
✅ Elevated target for Toe Taps. Can be the same object you used for the swings or something higher.
⏱ Clock set to stopwatch or if you have a workout timer, set the intervals to 90 seconds. Make sure you keep your eye on it to measure you work/rest time.
