Grab a ball, find some space on a wall.

- Holding a ball in front of your chest
- Squat, making sure to go below parallel
- As you come up, extend your hips rapidly to toss the ball aiming for the wall
- Catch the ball as it comes down
- Try to hit the same spot on the wall for each rep
