Wall Balls

Grab a ball, find some space on a wall.

The Set-up
- Stand with feet shoulder width slightly toed out.
- Hold a weight at the chest with elbows underneath.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Sit back and down reaching below parallel, keeping the ball at your chest level.
- Quickly stand and jump, throwing the weight up towards a wall.
- Catch weight and repeat.

The Finish
- Standing upright with a ball thrown up at a wall, mid air! Woohoo!

🧢 Coaching Tips! Keep elbows underneath the ball in order to keep your chest up!
