Romanian Deadlifts

- Feet under hips
- Hands right outside of legs holding one object with both hands or two weights (one in each hand)
- Start at the top of the movement (standing)
- Hinge at hips and lean over, keep knees as straight as possible
- Back flat with shoulders pinched back (big chest)
- Slowly go down as far as your hamstrings will let you while keeping a flat back
- Open hips & stand, abs on at lockout
