The Set-up
- Set up in a plank on your elbows and feet.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Lean and dip the side of one hip towards the ground, making contact.
- Return to the top of the plank.
- Repeat on other side.

The Finish
- Body in a plank position on the elbows and toes.
