- Start in a Pike/Downward Dog position on the ground.
- Option to perform with feet/knees elevated on a chair.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Walk hands around the body in a circular motion, keeping elbows locked out.

The Finish
- After you've completed a complete 360 circle around to your starting point.
