✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet shoulder width

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Sit back and down to the bottom of the squat, preferably below parallel
- Come back up to slightly above parallel
- Go back down to the bottom
- Then, stand

✅ The Finish
- Standing fully with knees, hips, and shoulders in a straight line.
