We have two movements today in descending and ascending order. You'll start with 10 Curtsy Lunges on each side+ 1 Spiderman Push-up on each side then 9 Curtsy Lunges + 2 Spiderman Push-ups, so on and so forth ending with 1 Curtsy Lunge on each side + 10 Spiderman Push-ups on each side. If you get lost on where you're at, just remember the sum of your reps for both movements will always equal 11.
